Cabin Rentals and Sales

I'm planning to start selling the cabins for monolithic. I have been talking to a guy about putting a group of cabins around his lake where he already has deer hunting and bird hunting. We feel like he can rent them on a daily basis to the hunters and fishermen that use his and other family member's lands. There are four paylakes on his land and ten others on his family's lands. They all are boardered by a river also and they have a lot of customers asking about places to stay in the area. This could be a great opportunity for both of us. I think it will be a wonderful sales tool for me, as they will stay in one overnite or for a while longer and see the benefits they have to offer as storm shelters in their own backyards. I think there is a lot of growth in selling these all over the land.
