The perfect time for billboard advertisements.

As callous as it may seem, after a disaster(hurricane, tornado, earthquake, ect.) would seem the perfect time for dome builders to buy ad space on billboards. They are high profile, and low cost compared to Tv,radio, and newspapers. Not to mention the fact that those mediums tend to be out of commision, where billboards a lot of the time just need new canvas, or paper installed. Put a saying like"A home to come back to",then a picture of a Monolithic dome after a disaster, with everything laid to waste around it,and then under it the phrase"The shape of things to come".Matt

It's hard to find a billboard or street sign or any type of sign that is still standing after a hurricane. I came to s.w. Florida about three months after Hurricane Charley hit this area. There were no signs anywhere, not even on buildings. Even the interstate had temporary lighted signboards (that couldn't be read in the daytime). I came here to fix my moms house. All you had to do is drive around and people would ask you to fix all types of repairs but mostly roofs.
Thank you,

Just doing repairs is a never ending cycle that will not lead the monolithics. It seems to me like a contractor would stand a decent chance of getting some time on a sign if they were to repair or replace it after the accident. Being the only billboard up in an area with no billboards seems to me like great advertisement.
