The guy was beyond snootie, he was more culty and militant. Calling and making an appointment might help. The news reports after the hurricanes say it was a safe haven for the congragation. No damage at all, it has never cracked or leaked. They set aside the difference in cost each month from what they would have paid for the conventional design, and invested it in the bank where they financed the dome. The savings with interest re-paid them what they paid for the church in less then 20 years. They are earning a profit every month over what it would have cost them, had they gone with the other design. That alone should make up their minds to go with the dome. Share that with your father in law.
