Small Dome

I would like to build a small dome 8x8 or 8x10 and insulate it. Everything I have read seems to suggest this is not a viable option. Is this because of the small space involved and the difficulty of getting inside to spray the foam? I want the structure to be light weight and portable but heavily insulated. The inside look is not important but I would like the outside to look clean like the dome looks with the air form left in place. If there were a way to spray foam on the inside and not use concrete could this be done with the eco shell air form? This will not be a living structure. If anybody has ideas I would appreciate them.

It's been done before. It's difficult, though, because of the heat of the curing foam and the fog of the shotcrete spray in such a confined space. The applicator said he was mostly working blind. But it's certainly possible, as shown here on this 10 x 10.
