I truly surprise that anything like that would see the light of day. The oil companies wouldn't be able to gouge the public. Well they could always buy up all the garbage dumps.....

The thermal depolymerization process can be used for extracting oil from coal,oil shale,and oil sands as well as garbage.Matt
